Hello everyone,

We are currently reviewing an investment in a 2 family in Sayreville, NJ. We like the numbers, but don't know much about the area. Any one else investing in Sayreville or nearby? Can you share what drove you to invest there, or not?

I was looking at properties in Sayreville.  Be careful and do your due diligence. Some areas have really bad contamination.
