The biggest problem is potential purchases I have had to abandon simply because either officials don’t call me back or they tell me to hire a lawyer to do a title search.All of this is by way of setting the stage for my question.

However I may need more cash to give to rent to own as a down payment to move into the house after their investor purchases it.

Hi All - I bought my first property in KC, and have gone on to purchase a few more in other locations over the year.

My last one I purchased for 150k, put about 10k into it - it'd sell for 210k in 3 days.

Update: It did not help.We're going to either have to sell or refi to get her off the mortgage or I'll have to purchase investment properties solo.

Any advice will be helpful as this will be my first purchase.

Then, I quickly list and purchase 4 one day stays.

Find properties to purchase at the right price....not saying that is easy, but that is the answer. 

Hi Mark, I’ve been approved for an LOC through them, but had to withdraw from the purchase of the property.

I know this post is a few months old, but did you go through with the purchase?
