The concepts and ideas presented in the book were so compelling.  

If so present your plan.As most sellers have no clue what a lease option is, you will have to educate them.At this point you should have all your numbers ready and be sure that this is a deal you want to do.

However, the quality of information presented varies wildly.

Had said a couple weeks ago he presented the bank with an offer for 325,000 he expected them to accept, then last minute they decided to list it at auction.com to try and get more money.He said in order to buy it, the offer would have to be better than the one currently on the table.

Some tenants are paranoid about having people in their homes when they are not present but working around everyone's schedule (tenants & repair people) can be nearly impossible.Often tenants ask me if I can go and accompany the HVAC person, plumber, handyman, etc.Thoughts?
