Accompany Maintenance People to Rental Properties?

Hello all,

Do you allow tenants to choose weather or not they are home when a maintenance person comes to do a repair?

Some tenants are paranoid about having people in their homes when they are not present but working around everyone's schedule (tenants & repair people) can be nearly impossible.

Often tenants ask me if I can go and accompany the HVAC person, plumber, handyman, etc.

Thoughts?
