Found a possibly great preforeclosure. Next steps?
Hi everyone! I found what appears to be a great foreclosure in my area. The 2500 sqft SFH is set to go to auction on March 1st. Per the county records, the only Lien is the primary BofA Lien for 172k. Recent comps in the area are around 350-385k without extensive rehab. Property seems to be in great condition. My question is, how can I go about getting this property before it goes to auction? What is the best strategy?

Knock on the owner's door, and buy it.
