If you are looking for something to include on a presentation for the topic I have found it very powerful to compare the difference between an estate that goes through probate versus one that doesn't.Beyond that different people have different concerns.

Before his repair guy  came, I had weeds removed from near the a/c unit and the guy broke the power supply to the a/c unit.
