Realistically, most families want to either be close to the base, or close to some tourist attraction around, so I bet you would find more success casting your net either at, or between those two things if that's the kind of fish you're trying to catch.

I have tried a couple companies but when I go spot check their work they do a poor job and they charge alot of money too.

We recently took over a commercial unit that had poorly written terms by the previous landlord.

Their website is poorly made and hard to understand.

Do you see rental prices growing in the next few years that this is a good bet (whilst there may not be immediate cash flow)?

All in all, there's a lot more to say here, Sect 8 can be a good situation, but it was a poor experience looking into that opportunity, for us.

Your best bet in this situation is to keep heat on so that the property does not become damaged.You have already been told this, but your biggest mistake was letting the issue drag on so long.
