OFF-MARKET Listing Platforms
Hi BP family. I wanted to ask you what’s a good Real Estate Platform to list a wholesale deal besides social media? I got a small multi family in Houston and I want to expand my marketing. Thank you very much in advance

Craigslist still works pretty well, although I see more people using it to develop their lists than to actually market specific properties. You really need to build your own email or text list. The successful wholesalers in San Antonio seem to operate almost entirely off of email blasts. I get approached almost every week by another wholesaler to be added to their list. Basically DM everyone on FB and LI that has real estate investor in their name and ask if they're interested in being added to your list of deals. Then just don't abuse the list.
