Plenty of ways to connect!

Here, there are plenty of people that live as far west as Elburn or further west from Chicago and commute/work in Chicago (it is over an hour in terms of distance and I would guess 50+ miles away).

These days there are a lot of options and guidance is plentiful...

I live in a small college town called Canyon texas, the land I am currently looking at is about 5 minutes away from college and plenty of new construction is going up in the area due to a lot more people coming here for college, in my opinion, it is a hot market.

You want plenty of months in reserve.

There has been so much development going on there, and there's plenty more to come.

If you can't find houses below market value which there are plenty then you don't need to be in the fix & flip market.
