Newbie From Olive Branch, MS

Hello BP members, my name is Frashod and I currently live in Olive Branch, MS. I am looking to do REI part time with the hopes of it becoming my full time job in a year or two. I am interested in getting started in wholesale with the desire to move into flips and rental properties. I am looking for advise to help me get started on the right path. I am glad I came across this community and can't wait to see what the future holds for my family and future business.
