It really depends on the agent, I would ask what this fee is for and see what they say. 

I'm having trouble raising capital, is there anyone out there that can give me tip on how to raise capital?

I have always loved Michigan and am looking to buy a personal property with lots of land over 20 acres that I can visit on weekends.

I am working on rehabbing some smaller cottages in northern Michigan, the plan is to put them all on the STR market once they are complete. 

I will start working on getting in contact with the local chapter. 

My wife and I purchased our first rental property here in Maui in June of 2023 to use as an STR as it was a consistent market, numbers worked, and we live 5 minutes away from the property so self-managing made sense!
