I'm working on the coding right now to add features some investors have been asking about.

The feature all our tenants liked was the space.The house was sold to us by a church that used it as a rooming house for folks trying to reintegrate into the neighborhood.

Does anyone happen to have a ball park idea of what those extra features would be valued at?!

My guess is there is pretty significant equity.If there is significant equity and you want to pay the credit union off, renovate the property and rent it out, there are numerous loan products out there to get the property rent ready. 

Do you care about tenant screening, maintenance ticketing, accounting features, etc.
