Great article @Wendell De Guzman thanks a lot.Being prepared and showing the right knowledge gets you farther wheather you are requesting funds or negotiatig a deal with the seller or buyer.

I spent tons of time reading articles and posts, setting goals for myself, and doing...well, I didn't really DO anything.

Thanks to everyone who has written articles, been on podcasts, and answered questions for people.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

My favorite is blogs, because they are the newest up to date articles form people in there every day!

Along with the social media you want to drive traffic to your website with authority links, press releases, articles, videos, etc. 

@victoriawinters     yes your absolutely correct invest ....that's why when I read these articles stating that its possible to make money with out money or credit I'm wondering how ..how do you do this I've been in direct sales for over 15 years and I must say I work my tale off commission only ..I don't sale I don't eat lol..but I love people ..people are my passion and sales allows my to generate based on my efforts ...real estate investment would allow me to combine my two great loves and take it to the next level.
