It was rather alarming to see blocks full of adults hanging out on a Tuesday during normal work hours and openly use drugs but I'm glad to have surveyed the area personally as it has helped me narrow down my search for my first deal.

I narrowed my options to a small multi family (duplex) or a SFR with a guest house/mother-in-law suite.

I've done lot's of reading and am hesitant to just jump in without some sort of mentor/coach that can help me understand how much I should budget for launching the business and help me narrow down an area of focus that is good for my area.
