One came with a note from a counselor who "prescribed" the animal and told the mother she would turn her over to child protective services if she didn't fill the "prescription".  

I would be foolish to think that this will hold but my tenant is a young mother with children in schools and is working hard to get off of sec 8 and would like to buy the property is she becomes successful.

My husband's mother and grandmother live in Hartselle, AL, and we have to fly into either Nashville and make the drive, or Huntsville and it's about 30-40 min drive.

As long as i can remember i have always told my self i would never work for a boss for the rest of my life, and that one day i would become my own boss. i grew up single mother ,  no father figure, and low income. so the "struggle" was and still is a constant reminder of how important making it to the top really is to me. 

You would need to understand what each wants from the deal and then solve their problem.I had a killer wholesale deal once where a hoarder mother left her house to her hoarder son but her estranged husband actually owned the house.  

I am looking to purchase a single family and live in the mother-in-law quarters and rent out the main house via long term rental or locate a duplex.  

I wish I made this move when I was your age and followed my mother's advice to do real estate with her.
