I totally agree with the other comments, but I would add that you should also record a video and comment on everything as you go.  

This video is very informative and he’s saying exactly what we are thinking. 

If I dig deep and go past the blaring YouTube video that never changes, blogs and random discussions that focus on certain  cities.
