With all that said the agents that I work closely with have a great knowledge of their market and have great media content that allows them to be seen everywhere which leads to folks trusting them.

And therefore, technically, anything that affect the integrity of the house (yes doors not opening/closing correctly is one of them!)

If a broker is asking for that they must not be that great.I have long standing relationships with my clients that have honesty and integrity.

If we're just going to allow a free-for-all, it will not be long before trust in the system will endanger the whole idea of real estate as an investment.My concern is not really the buyer or seller being ripped off - it's in the integrity of the system and the opportunities for recourse that allow the system to flourish.

Wondering what people are looking for in a social media advertising solution.

I looked at the company's website and it's all about "commitment to honesty and integrity," so perhaps we're dealing with a stubborn real estate agent unwilling to go back to his client to discuss different terms.  

Maybe I'm crazy (or miss a ton of information) but it doesn't like this is someone I'd want to integrate into any financial transaction.

I have replaced social media with reading and podcasts about real estate.

I use a simple excel sheet for accounting as I only manage my 5 units, but being able to syndicate my listings all over the web, integrate an online application with legit screening reports and collect rent all through one platform makes my life pretty simple.
