Hey guys, just curious what software or services you guys are using and how does it make your lives easier? I'm trying to better understand whats already out there to help your passive incomes stay passive. As I work a lot with property managers I'm understanding whats out there for them things like Yardi, rent mojo, etc. But whats out there for you guys?
