Korea who are hard blue color workers but they lack any financial intelligence.

 ......Its sad DE doesnt have many investors on here.Don't think the lack of postings on here is an indication that there's not a lot of Delaware investors that are still around. 

I think there will be a group for foreclosures that are coming but not in the wave of 2008's when real estate was the catalyst for the recession.For those who bought callously and did not have any reserves in place, they will for sure lose their homes because of lack of rental income and that will increase the foreclosure and short sale inventory.

My concern is credit freeze and general lack of liquidity in the markets..

I've had several active buyers wanting to wait for various reasons; income, job security, lack of access, rent uncertainty. 

I'm not a fan of GC due to the lack of respect that he shows for his wife on their show.  

Most military families take advantage of being in between duty stations to take vacations because of the relative lack of job responsibilities, and as another poster mentioned, there may also be short term schools/trainings/etc. that are technically not PCS (permanent change of station) but TDY (temporary duty) that are sandwiched in between the duty stations for convenience.  

It doesn’t excuse there lack of communication.  

Would you entertain a listen or pass based on a lack of experience?
