Property managers don't necessarily have a fun job to begin with, but I couldn't imagine having to deal with tenants there.

I have been using Paul Schmitt and he has done a great job for me.  

Look at people working a 9-5 job. 

He is a retired master plumber with GC experience; I have a full time job and experience with buy and hold real-estate and  access to  capital.

Whoever painted it also didn't really do the job completely.

If you own a house near college you will feel stuck there or you will become a long distance landlord when you are a busy college student.Also once you finish college you may end up living in a completely different part of the country for graduate school, your first professional job, or some other adventure.

besides the jobs and tax benefits I do not know that many people who want to live near a power plant Do you see any price changes since the project commenced?  

CA is not one of them.apartment managers that LIVE ON SITE do not need to be licensed but the rent still has to be collected through a license brokerage.. the on site manager just pass's the checks or rent to the licensed brokerage and there job is showings and day to day maintenance etc.. also referring tenant issues.. what U describe is a licensed activity.

I'm having my resume rewritten but don't expect to earn more than $35k at a regular job (but I need some decent health insurance).
