I am interested in forming a business partnership with my uncle. He is a retired master plumber with GC experience; I have a full time job and experience with buy and hold real-estate and access to capital. I would like advice and or examples of fair and equitable agreements that I could use in my discussions/negotiations with him. The goal of this partnership is to purchase distressed properties and fix them up for buy and hold purposes. We would then use the BRRR strategy. Thank you in advance for your comments.
