Short of illegally recording the phone conversations, the statements attributed to Jim Gordon, and even placed in quotation marks in the second narrative, had to be based on the testers’ best recollections and notes, which certainly could be flawed in detail.

Super duper excited right...Problem is the City wants to do an inspection (things gurus leave out of their courses), and they are not going to give me two set of stamps for the A-B,B-C,(City workers words was that's a flip) which pretty much forces me to have to have to buy the property in an entity.Question: If an city requires a physical inspection of the property before they will stamp the deed, does that mean that double closings are impossible and I should only contract these properties with an entity?

If you figure that a minimum wage worker brings home 1500 a month, they can probably pay $400/month in rent consistently, but not much more than that I would imagine.

The cops just keep the peace and without a court order to serve the eviction they can't do anything.Now if your sister was doing something illegal the cops could then arrest the tenant or people residing there etc. if they were caught doing something.There is a process that has to be followed to evict a tenant by law.
