I know I need to sit down and figure out an exact strategy and then go look for it.....its just hard getting the proverbial ball rolling at the beginning...knowing what direction to head in a sea of options.  

I have always had an interest in real estate investing and since graduation have decided to jump in head first.

So I slapped my head and said that I already have a master mind group in Bigger Pockets.So I welcome everyone's advice.

We are a military family and headed soon into retirement, and have been doing rental houses from the time we were young.  

No psychobabble or head trips; you aren't tricking or fooling anyone.  

I'll be using a property management company, as well.Off the top of my head, the most obvious reason to choose multi is the greater rental income.  

Put together a script or outline of topics you wish to discuss and practice a little in your head.
