I'm a local realtor, investor, and the host of a meetup called "Pints & Properties" (who doesn't want to grab a beer and talk about investing??!). 

I don't always want to go to a lawyer or just grab a random predone piece of paper unless I completely understand it.

I went through a period where I was trying to figure out how I can grab properties with no money down. 

With Black Friday around the corner I thought it might be a good idea to grab some items for future staging.

I think the deal diaries is a good place for those that want to talk about deals to put those .. then folks know what it is and if they want to give atta boys or atta girls they can.

You know, get it dirty and hose it down - lol.On a side note and a bit macabre, there's an urban legend out there that supposedly comes from the neighbor girl of one of the big union bosses in Chicago from back in the day.

I spoke with many F property investors who not only did not even realize there was a housing crisis, but were smiling from ear to ear like a teenager at a clearance rack, grabbing up as many deals as they could hold. 

Once I get the hang of it, I'll grab bigger chunks.

I didn’t leave the house as Harvey came on and soon after I was stranded along with my roommate and a girl I had been seeing for a couple weeks (lol).

In the past we had a group of college girls living in one of these houses & they destroyed the plumbing flushing tampons.
