Billy just finished 4 years in the service and one year of college.

Basically if you utilized it for down payment on a BRRRR, finished the property, cashed back out and paid off the HELOC, I would say go for it.

The addition has yet to be finished.

I finished it about 2 weeks ago.

I'm waiting for my income tax refund to drop next week and am planning on finishing the rehab on this home in no more than 3 days.

We didn't do much to the exterior so it would blend in and not attract the wrong attention, but the interior has inexpensive but modern finishes, brown-grey laminate throughout, light grey walls and white trim, cool pendant lighting, open floor plan, you know the template :) 

Not trying to come across entitled here...I know how hard it is to get these numbers anywhere.Obviously goals affect the answer: I'm looking to finish replacing my day job salary with RE monthly income within the next 3 years, then scale up more conservatively (slant more heavily toward performing notes?)
