I don't know if BP's backend software is capable of this but...If all these "most repetitive questions on BP" threads are harvested, collated and indexed in a very visible / easy to access corner of the site, I bet it becomes one of the most trafficked corners of this blog.

Have you ever hard of someone not being covered or having to fight their insurance company to be covered.

I have a demo scheduled with PropertyRadar to get a good idea of what they offer and what their capabilities are.

I am also looking for a capable and efficient property manager.

However, if tenants organize to fight this, politicians will listen.

Tell people 100% your capability and experience and then let them decide if you are a good fit for the property or a working relationship with them to find something else.

Though I feel anyone is capable of renting out their own unit in that area

But I would rather spend the time to ensure the gutters function then try to fight with the tenant to do it, or pay for damages later on.  

We are on well water with city sewers and, other than fighting rust stains  (looking into a dedicated filter right now, maybe I'll post for recommendations) we like it.
