The property is in a middle-class neighborhood with a nearby hospital and a good amount of automotive related work (Suburban Detroit) around, so there are plenty of jobs all over the spectrum.

I also feel like doing an ad campaign on FB involves initially getting a lot of looky-lou's who are visiting just out of curiosity and once the novelty of your ads wears off, there will be fewer site visits generated by the campaign but with better conversion.

On Zillow, once you find a property, look on the right side, down the page a bit for "Nearby Similar Sales' and click "See Similar Sales".
