@Clara Cheng, to my knowledge, it's highly unlikely that there is a way to file a change to permit co-living properties in Cobb County. 

This has definitely put a strain on our monthly spending, and feel a bit stuck atm and we really don't want to stop adding to our other investments bc this property makes us lose cash month to month.

Buying a property with existing tenants can definitely have its perks, especially if you're looking to hit the ground running with rental income.

If it is a second home, like a vacation home, there's not any lender that would go that high.
