Hi, Michael. I've read the J. Scott book. I am not using a wholesaler. I do have an agent, GC and will ve using hard money lending. I am in the market for my first deal. Yes, it's very competitive out here, but I remain consistent. I'm sure I'll find my right great deal soon.
