I'm looking to buy a fixer upper in Ohio but there are so many properties for sale there. What are some tips on what type of property to acquire and renovate that is likely to sell faster? Looking in areas like Cleveland, Colombus, Dayton, Youngstown, Warren.

The cities you mentioned are all very different markets. Are you looking for high cash-flow with minimum appreciation or are you looking to invest in a growing city that is projected to see greater appreciation?

Narrow your search down to one market and then narrow that search down to different neighborhoods. I have a graded map of Ohio I'd be happy to share.
