Appraisals include a report evaluating the property’s features, general condition, a list of comparable properties that have recently sold, and a final valuation of the property being assessed.

Hi Daniel, AirDNA is having some technical issues right now, so unfortunately that feature isn't working right now.

Their features are worth 10x to our business.

Before I got my license I did use Zillow to find similar properties to compare and contract their features.

It has a messaging feature, customizable applications, you can sign a lease through them, and a better interface.

I'm starting in the rental investment game and would like some guidance in regards to assigning values to features when running comps. 

It reminds me of a fan favorite feature here on BP, called the "You're Dead-2-Me" switch, which I will make delightful utilization of here in a moment.

I've read several posts, buy a lot are old and features change.I've been using QuickBooks but I think I'm outgrowing it.

The pictures are all of the greater concern or they showed features of the property well.
