We do want the REFINANCE lenders to have no seasoning as well as some other features too. 

:P  In the end, it may be worth it... more $, better/more responsible tenants, PERHAPS some discount on the property insurance (security feature), but yes... perhaps more time and responsibility on your end as well.

Focus on a narrow band of features you're looking for (Property class, physical details, property age, etc). 

You could get 1 QBO Plus subscription and track each individual company's transactions using the location/business tracking feature. 

Some property management apps have the feature built in and you can either pay the fee for the report yourself, or pass it onto the tenant to pay.

Love the mindset @Eliott Elias@Andrew Garcia appreciate it, already identified a few using the Networking feature.

These are easier to fund, however you just don't have the draw feature.
