New Member in Houston Texas
Hi im Kent Williams, in the Houston Texas Market ,
I am a General Contractor /Real Estate Investor who is gaining knowledge about Rental real estate investing. The BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Rinse and Repeat) strategy is my choice for building my portfolio. I prefer to Buy and Hold because I want to help supplement my income when I retire. I a proven track record of flipping homes. May plan is to have a mix of single-family homes and multi-family units, before I retire I joined Bigger Pockets so I can connected and learn from like-minded people and enjoy my Real Estate journey, And I wish every one on Bigger Pockets a great year in there Real Estate journey
