Experience/concerns with an older 1950 building
Hello everyone,
Looking to buy my first (intential) investment property. Looking to see if anyone know of any/experienced concerns with an older building. It's an 1950s duplex (1 bed/1 bath) selling for 80k, but going to ask for 65 + closing.
Anything I should look for/bring up before it's too late...all I know is to ask when the last time the roof was replaced.
Thanks in advance!

Get an inspection done. That way you’ll know what’s going on with the property. Plus you’re covered legally if sellers don’t properly disclose any major defects.
