I'm looking for a book or a website on commercial leasing that discusses actual experiences of property owners and brokers.

@Andrew Dunham  I also look at the websites of property managers like Epic Property Management to see what they have and what they are asking for rent. 

So far I have found many useful sources of information on the subject of Real Estate in this website.

Unless she's using a false ID, maintaining her credit score is obviously very important to her. 

Something like maybe a website or maybe have actual meetings where we could compare notes, share stories and blackball deadbeat tenants like the apartment landlords do.

I do not promote our loan programs here on BP as its only found on our close probate website. 

This is not a strategy for a beginner, or someone who would even consider soliciting advice from a website like this.  

Once I have determined if something meets my CAP rate goals, I simply use this as interesting information for review as I compare it to other investments - but again, realizing it is false precision.
