Hi everyone, My name is Joe and I've been in the corporate world for one year now. I've been very fortunate enough to land a good job to be able to save up for investing. I am in the process of closing on my first home on the 31st, one day after my 23rd birthday! My first deal is a single family home that is net cashflow positive $400 a month.

I look forward to continuing my investment career so I can quit my job one day and work on this full time. If there are any other members in the San Antonio, feel free to reach out to me! I'd love to meet like minded people who have the same goals and ambitions in life.

Hello DaLissa,

I am also in Fort Worth. I rent and flip single family homes.  I am hoping to get some kind of single family home landlord group together for Tarrant County.  Something like maybe a website or maybe have actual meetings where we could compare notes, share stories and blackball deadbeat tenants like the apartment landlords do. Would  you be interested in being part of something like that?
