Several counties in Maryland list source of income, which they do extrapolate source of funds from to be a Fair Housing violation.If I were going to be your listing agent, and your property was located in Maryland or DC, I would advise you that that course of action would be illegal.

hello BiggerPockets Family, im fairly new to the site as an active member.though im allready here for a long time, lurking around and watching and listening the podcast, well annyway here is the deal, im interested in investing/buying appartements in Slovakia. properties there go for as low as 30k for 1 or 2 rooms, and bring in around 300 p.m in rent, up to 500k for 5 rooms in the capital city..
