Anyone any experience with this sort of situation?

If someone with some experience in the Lawrence/KC, Kansas area would like to reach out and maybe sit down for a coffee or lunch I’d love to pick your brain and hear your story.

I'm looking for recommendations for someone who has experience structuring loans to minimize the taxes for me as well as either a service or software to maintain the loan, writing the note properly and how to receive payments etc.

Are there better ways to make money right now besides real estate that you have experience in?

Partner with a local winery or spa to cross promote and crate an experience that has you standing out in your market. 

The problem is that I can't get a loan - I'm too good at taxes, and don't have enough income to qualify for conventional products, and don't have enough portfolio, cash/flow, or experience to get hard money.

Complete hands-on training and experience. 

Be as detailed and specific as possible when mentioning your future plans, current operation/experience level, ongoing projects, etc.
