First time investor at Milwaukee

My name is Chen Avnery and I am new to real estate investments in general.

I have over 15 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in data and AI. 

I am mostly interested in buy-and-hold deals of SFH up to $150K.

I would be happy to get to know agents working in the area and start building a local team.

(I was initially focused on Columbia OH and just now moved my focus to Milwaukee)

 Hi Chen, What made you move away from the Columbus market? I work with investors from Milwaukee and they love investing in Columbus for the cashflow and appreciation. 

I would find a good investor agent who can find you off-market deals with $30 to $40k equity at the $150k price range. I sold one last week to my Washington D.C. buyer for $155k and its worth as-is around $190k on the market.
