Karen, every relationship is different but our situation is similar in the fact that (at first) my wife supported me in my RE investing but really wasn’t interested in being involved so I thought I’d share my story with you.When I bought our first property I was very excited and wanted to show her the property.

I just finished reading the BP's Ultimate Beginners Guide and am excited to start reading the remaining BP's books.My main goal with real estate investing is to create financial freedom.  

Owner early on if not in BK could be excited and motivated to do a short sale.

I'm beyond excited to get started.

There are several places nearby that will cost a lot less and be very exciting.
