Greetings! I'm Bobby Smith from Virginia and I'm excited to start this journey. I'm currently a UX Designer for a major bank and I love my job. However.... I long to have residual income that I control and not have to wait until end of year before the company decides that I can make more. I want to be the deciding factor. I have a wife and 3 young kids (all under 11) and I want to teach them to be small (or large) business owners and want to get them involved as early as possible. I have ambitious goals but not quite sure how to get there. I would like to double my day job income in one year but don't have a ton of money to start investing and I'm not certain how to raise investment capital but have heard many stories (on the podcast) of how people invested with little or no money. I'm the type of person though, who wants to be the best at what I do and picking a completely new area to learn is, while scary, something that gets me excited. So, I'm stoked to learn 'all the things' and to become an expert in this field. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of y'all and becoming part of this community. Cheers and God bless.
