It would be unusual to not have to do any repairs to the walls at least nail holes.

If the kids are involved not only will that be an awesome education for them, but it may make next steps a little easier with the hole crew understanding the end goal.

For the horizontal development the 430k includes the sidewalk, curbs, drainage and every thing.

I'm thinking I just need someone to keep me on track, tell me what software to use and do my taxes every year.Maybe I just need a person working out of a hole in the wall business or even out of their house so what should I be looking for?

Exactly Pasatiempo golf course Santa Cruz.. 10th hole I think I was holding on to the back got ejected and landed on the cart path had a massive road rash :(  golf cart totalled case of beer strewn across the fairway along with the clubs we just pulled it all together and ran for the car never to go back  .. a the things you do at 19 or so.   

We sanded all the wood, filled holes from old hardware, caulked the seams along all the doors, and sanded/tack clothed in between coats.

Every concept needs someone to shoot holes in it--shoot away!
