It looks like home depot and lowes have phased out all of their $5 economy mini blinds and are now trying to force people to buy these $15 cordless Mini blinds.. It my seem like a stupid subject but when I'm buying thousands of mini blinds a year it matters, so if anybody knows of a online source for what I'm looking for that would be great.

I think there must me some sort of regulation on corded blinds going on, because Lowe's has phased them out and I've noticed Walmart has started to do the same.

I used to buy cheap miniblinds for our rentals too- replacing them all of the time. I know it's market dependent, but a couple years back I started buying faux wood blinds instead and I'm replacing them about 90% less. Saves time and, in the long run, it'll save me money.

That said, you can still get cheapies at Walmart.
