Honestly, if mortgage payments were suspended at the federal level, that would be a pretty solid indicator that we are in the early stages of the apocalypse and you won't need to worry about money or rent for much longer.

When you are new wholesaler, people make you panic about getting a buyer's list together, but they forget that no solid investor wants to be on another list without an idea of what's coming on that list.

Either that or maybe join a team where the team leader can give you 1-2 solid leads per month to keep you going.

I don’t want to learn the self discipline that will give me the solid foundation that I can eventually invest life-changing sums of money and accrue massive amounts of assets.

I have cash and hopefully solid lending in place to take advantage of what seems to be an impending downturn in the market.

Last week during rent applications i had over 80 inquiries and a dozen applicants. 3 i was really debating on who i was going to pick (nice problem to have) as they all had solid incomes and were families.

Unfortunately, for me it doesnt make sense to advertise yet, because I dont yet have a solid process or team in place to make the process work, and I'm still building my cash reserve.
