I've always heard that the land is undervalued and now that I have money I want to get a couple of properties and was thinking this may be an interesting neighborhood to invest in.

Newbie to RE investing but as I own a  small business my current accountant doesn't understand real estate and has been late in filing my taxes the last couple of  years.    

A listing agent can choose to sell both together as "8 units" but that doesn't mean anything.

I would probably provide a short list of minor upgrades that they can choose to do to add perceived value as well.  

Pay rent and include the late fee from the last couple of months and this can all go away.

I know that in MO, you've got to have a couple of years behind you as a "Salesperson" before you can get your Brokers license (and thus have your own PM company) - but as long as the partner who has their Broker's license is willing to hold your Salesperson's license... you can manage as a fully legal PM to your heart's content.

I have a couple of quotes for repairs on the roof, and I have a sense for about what it might cost to do some other additional things, some we might do. 

I have a couple in mind but I would like to see if I'm missing anything or if anyone has any other ideas!

Hey everyone, I'm 21 years old and recently bought a single family house I'm renting to an elderly couple.

I discovered BiggerPockets by chance a couple months ago and have been hooked on real estate investing ever since, listening to every podcast I can and devouring real estate books as time allows.
