Blue collar, white collar?

With 20% down I expect most SFHs are just break even unless you go to Midwest blue collar neighborhood with low to zero appreciation(factoring in inflation). 

Pretty sloppy caulk work, wrong color quarter round, and they didn't know how to replace the toilet, but the communication and ease of doing business with them has been pretty awful.

I am looking for current market prices per square foot of footprint (ie. 1500 square foot house @ 1.50sf = $2250.00) for the following:-2-tone paint (1 flat color on walls and ceilings and painted semi gloss trim)-Exterior trim/soffit painting-medium grade tile flooring-medium grade carpet-medium grade laminateI know, I know, "market price and medium grade is subject to the contractor" but there are standard rates.

I prefer single family in blue-collar area.

I wouldn't have thought the cabinet color would look so good but it popped in the photos.

The color can be either sanded of stained out.
