It was a company charging 1000 and a monthly fee for the months you need to use them for grants.I do not have a wealth of knowledge on the subject but am learning more about it.http://www.governmentgrantsresources.com/msn/ seems to have some good info.

I don't want to criticize anyone's hometown but your best option may be to get out of Williamsport. 30% ownership rate sounds like it may be 1/2 the national average, which implies (at least to me) that the economic conditions may not be great there.My best bet is to accumulate some cash, even if you get the ppty with little or no out of pocket (which is not as likely or easy in real life as shown on late nite informercials), it still takes cash to repair and operate ppty.Good luckall cash

Sometimes charging lower rents and looking for long-term tenants to ensure steady cash flow is just as important and in a lot of ways more important.

No charge- no strings attached- no 2 step marketing( thats where you get a free offer thats usually warm, fuzzy and worthless- letting you know that mailing # 2 for the cure is only $$$$$$$$.The only thing I ask is when you get the key's to your new home mail me a big YES!

then when you are ready to have them do the work you already know who charges what.Or if you just need to estimate materials because you are going to do the work yourself just make it a habit to look through circulars in the paper and stroll through your local hardware store (lowes, home depot, etc.) every once in a while.
