Hi everyone,I'm gearing up to start a huge marketing campaign, bigger than I've ever done.

I use mostly direct mail campaigns, but am looking at branching out into video marketing, PPC marketing, and other types of lead and customer generation techniques. 

Just sent out my 1st marketing campaign in my area , (yellow postcards to code enforcement/probates/and absentee owners) i spent alil over a 1k..

I totally agree about the systems and was actually telling someone the other day, "talking on the phone isn't the hard part, the hard part is making sure that you're able to run reports, loading campaigns, tracking numbers etc. so that you can call everyday and not spend a bunch of time doing backend system work." 

Donate enough to anyone's campaign and you can tramples all over people with impunity.

By living in the house can save on your own living expenses and keep up the property more easily.Have you considered doing a mail campaign to find properties that you'd want to buy?

Tell them who you are, why you are there, what value you add, and then make a specific ask or ask a specific "leading" question.For example, I am a commercial broker in my market and I'm working on a campaign to secure more multi family listings.

I also am very versed with Power BI, Excel, Big Data Analysis, and Target Profiling (for Marketing Campaigns).

There are many posts on how to do this a quick search for marketing campaigns, etc.

@Josh Braun are you creating all of your leads through a marketing campaign and driving for dollars or are you using wholesalers and your network to find off market deals?
