I'm starting to feel the burn-out some though and have (soft) decided that I want to be able to get out in 1 year and move towards my goal of a career in real estate.In the past, I've managed 2 properties my parents owned in Florida (while attending college there).

I just sold a burned-out tear down SFH on a large residential lot that's zoned for a 2-plex.

The only one I made money on was a sports grill that burned down-------THREE times!
