I am new to this and I also feel like I’m being held back due to being worried I’m making a wrong choice maybe because I’ve never purchased a property before… idk but would love any input!

New to managing our STR that is 1/2 block from the beach. 

In the past we've used a property manager, but this will be the first time that we are managing our property and having to go though the process of acquiring a new tenant.  

I can buy tile, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, drywall, paint, primer.

All of that concrete rubbish has to be hauled away and new soil brought in.
