The house we purchased was an Air BnB previously, had many upgrades to it, and is in really good shape. 

I am currently house hacking and have a few tenants/roommates living with me.

I had to replace all the carpet and sell the house.  

Lovely couple and her sister living in House . great tenants . sister says she might move back to Florida one day and refuses to sign the lease renwal along with the others. 

A better option though when you are young is to buy low down house hack but you need a salary to get conventional mortgages.

I am looking to begin investing by house hacking and am looking for some guidance.

As you know all areas have been challenged with over priced houses.

During this 30-day period, agents should be able to: set goals for themselves; set up their MLS; add their sphere/ALL of their friends, family, acquaintences to a database; begin calling/contacting everyone in their database; begin generating leads from other sources like cold calling, expireds, fsbos, social media, open houses, etc; begin tracking KPIs; create or refine online profiles; create and post social media content; attend role play sessions to work on lead generation/conversion skills & more.
